My recent stay at the Hana Maui Resort by Hyatt was a mixed bag. The serenity of Hana is beautiful, but the experience was marred by uncomfortable conditions. While there are stunning ocean views to appreciate, the lack of air conditioning and insufficient service left a lot to be desired, especially at such a high price point. I certainly won’t forget the breathtaking landscape, but the accommodations were lacking.
